Exotide Ltd respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data we collect
We collect the information needed to process your order: name, email address, delivery address and order history. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to fulfil orders, provide tracking and customer support, and meet our legal obligations. With your consent we may also send product updates and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the partners required to complete your order — our payment processor and Royal Mail for delivery. We never sell personal data to third parties.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Contact info@exotide.co.uk to exercise any of these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
5. Retention & security
Order records are retained for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements, then securely deleted. All data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorised staff.
