Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day from our UK facility. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends dispatch the next working day.

All UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with end-to-end tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch and can be followed at royalmail.com.

Delivery is free on orders over £100. Orders under £100 carry a flat £3.95 delivery charge. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Vials are sealed in protective, temperature-considered packaging with discreet outer labelling. The Certificate of Analysis for your batch can be viewed in our online COA library.

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we can only accept returns of unopened vials with intact seals within 14 days of delivery. Contact info@exotide.co.uk to arrange a return authorisation before sending anything back.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible. We will replace or refund affected items immediately.
